Leah Christian is an excellent realtor and stands out to us as someone who will
go above and beyond to get the job done. She came at the recommendation of a family member,
and we couldn’t agree more! Leah does her research and was thoughtful in her consideration of
pricing our home and expedient in getting our home on the market. She did not overshoot in
pricing as to give us unrealistic hopes or undershoot so as to undervalue our asset. We were
thoroughly pleased with her recommendations on making the home desirable to potential buyers.
Decluttering is essential, and we’ve adopted a few of her “staging” recommendations for the way
we keep our home even when not on the market. The truth is the homeowner has to do their fair
share of preparing the home to be presented in its best light to showcase it for potential buyers.
This is attainable with Leah on your side; she just has an eye for things. She also has an excellent
photographer. Additionally, she is no-nonsense, won’t waste your time, doesn’t keep you
waiting, and is thorough, honest and trustworthy. Even though she is a busy lady, because she’s
good at what she does, she makes time for the important things that matter to her clients. We had
previously considered selling by owner, but we believe, the whole process—from the price
research and decision, to staging, listing, viewings, offers and counteroffers, and ultimately
closing on the sale of our home—would not have been such a success if we had not enlisted the
help of Leah Christian. This is coming from a family that has bought and/or sold six homes over
